About
Dakota Hopkins is a motion designer and art director based in Los Angeles, with 10+ years of experience delivering work for tech, entertainment, and brand marketing. I specialize in motion design systems, brand identity in motion, and 2D/3D animation, with a strong foundation in compositing and finishing.

Originally from St. Louis, I hold a BFA in Motion Design from Ringling College of Art + Design and now work with teams in Los Angeles and remotely.

I also teach a Motion Design Course with the wonderful folks at ilovecreatives.
